Join Communities Nationwide in Celebrating National Police Week 2015

This week (May 10 – May 16, 2015), communities across the United States are commemorating National Police Week. Established in 1962, the week-long event enables law enforcement and community members to remember police officers who have served and lost their lives in the line of duty. To celebrate this special week, communities are hosting a series of events including candlelight vigils, barbecues, appreciation ceremonies and memorial services. Those unable to attend their local community events can watch a live stream of the national candlelight vigil (to be held Wednesday, May 13 in Washington, D.C.) at: www.LawMemorial.org/webcast.
